I'm not entirely familiar with the International Baccalaureate or Welsh Baccalaureate, but I think you're looking at the minimal academic requirements for someone who is completing an IB - an International Baccalaureate. If you can't find any details for the Welsh Baccalaureate on the website, email or call them.

The IB is graded out of 45 points; this is the offer for people applying with an IB diploma. As someone's already said, ask the uni if you can't find a standard offer for the Welsh Baccalaureate or UCAS points.

In the IB, there are no grades. Instead, it's a score out of 45, with 45/45 being unbelievably brilliant (something like equivalent to 7 or 8 As at A level on terms of UCAS points). The offers made for IB candidates are not higher than 43 anywhere (I think) - that's for Oxbridge and such.

    Ib 34 - 36 means they require 34 - 36 / 45 for the IB

You are looking at the wrong qualification
