I sent my application off early october, I already have my A-Levels..... I'm just wondering how long Exeter take to give rejections/whether people have experienced that they do it earlier on in the cycle or after the january deadline. Or whether i should have heard by now because i already have my grades?

They may wait until after January when all the applications are in to make decisions. You will probably not get a decision early because of your grades because they may judge applications on a variety of merits. Universities have until May to reply so I wouldn't be worrying just yet.

If you've met the course criteria for application, don't worry too much about getting an offer as you more than likely will (so long as your P.S was up to scratch).
