They still havent paid me and i need to pay my rent . They have everything from me, even a letter i had to get from the council to prove my dad was seperated and lived alone, and i called today and they said its going to take another 3 weeks to pay me. I currently have about £6 to live off

Ask to speak to a supervisor. That's what my mum did when they assessed me wrong , took some doing but it got sorted.

Hi Thanks, Im in the same boat totally skint I have emailed my local MP, and he has contacted them on behalf, they have there own seperate email address just for MP's so hopefully he will get it sorted for me. Might try the supervisor thing, do they put you through or just try and fob you off? Just fed, what worse is that i know im going to get a double payment really soon, but im really struggling now ahhh

Yeah it's a nightmare.... My application was missed on the first pass of processing. I'm entitled to full loan etc but have only received the basic part of it. I rang to ask what the delay processing my evidence was, turns out they'd just missed it so I then have to go to the back of a new queue to have it processed by some department that deals with applications they've cocked up. Not sure why it can't just go to the front of the normal queue as now I have to wait a further 3-4 weeks
