The intensive remediation seems a great idea - especially when the NHS have already spent so much on us!

At the end of the day... someone 0.1% over the pass mark becomes a doctor, someone 0.1% under doesn't. Something about that isn't quite right. Anyone who makes it to finals and has passed everything so far deserves a chance to do the job.

At Newcastle, if you fail finals then you repeat final year and have a second crack at them - I can't believe how different this is in other places!

Congratulations!! How did she get in. I was told that the univ refused our appeal on 22nd Dec and now have to apply to the QIA. Can you email me at jyoti_nayar at hotmail dot com? Am really struggling:frown:
