any conversation coming from a typical middle aged woman.
When people say that they think they look really fat.
Then post a thousand pictures of themselves on facebook.
Seriously?!
Them - "I don't mean this as an insult, but..."

Me - "Well you're obviously about to insult me, otherwise you wouldn't have considered it being insulting.." :nothing:

The same as "No offence, but..." or "I don't mean to be rude, but..."

When every new track on radio 1 is "Epic", and the word "epic" in general I suppose.
Irregardless.
Mixing up "Generally" with "Genuinely" and vice versa
"dude" "bro" "bra"
"In this economy"
People who say memes IRL, i.e "Y U NO..."

'if you know what I mean' at the end of a sentence that doesn't require a minimum effort to understand what you're saying. Geez.
When people say LOL out load...
or in online conservation too!
argghhh!!!

Edit: Another one is 'Soz' ...Sorry is an apology, 'soz' is half hearted and a syllable short.

When you say "don't worry"
and someone replies "oh, i'm not worried", trying to be all witty.
Here's a comprehensive lst of annoying things people say:
1. "It was a be there moment"
2. Teacher "How many legs does a chair have?"
3. "No offence but..."
4. Epic fail/win/owned/pwned etc
5. Reem /shut uuuup (in a TOWIE accent)
6. Excessively using "like"
7. Using casually- "I'm casually eating my lunch..."
8. What's the time- time you got a watch....
9. Cheesy chatup lines
10. Sup bro /buddy/blad

When people pronounce the h in words like What or White

Or Cool Whip?

I use a fair amount of these and also swear excessively. I really need to change, because it even annoys me when these words come out of my mouth. Just another thing the add to the list...

For me though, my pet peeve is misspelling easy words online, or mixing them up. Especially when you have a spell check and (hopefully) some common sense. Not using punctuation too. Grrrrrr.

"I'm not racist, but.. [insert an overly offensive racist remark]"
when people say "awkkks" and it isn't awkward at all and then saying that actually makes it awkward
Yorkshire chip shops that ask if yuo want some 'beanage'... *winces*
