About Race/rally and race tracks/stages.
Hello, every one. Where in Birmingham or near, i can find track/gravel/forest stages, where i can bring my own non racing car and get fun? May be get some rally practise...I want to race and have fun....Does exist some beginners races, in non races cars? May be some one know, to get rally license ? I know one way that pay about 400 pounds and finish some exams, but its a big price for that...Does some one know second way to get these license ? I know that in other countries you can race 3 official races (beginners races) and you will get rally license...Any information helps, Thank you !

Your own car, no matter how good you think it is, is not up to being battered on a rally stage.
One alternative is road rallying, where you orienteer along difficult roads in the dark whilst trying to average 30mph. Google it and try to find out more, there will be a club near you somewhere. -

This year I did on average a rear beam every other service I think, along with stuff like cuts out of side walls of tires, up to people hitting trees/rolling cars. The amount of wear on rally cars is unbelievable even on R1/R2 specs which are most comparable to road vehicles.
My best recommendation is either a cheap track day at Mallory or further down the road at Bedford. Getting any sort of car on track/stage is never going to be cheap though.
