    Terrible immune system
I keep finding myself becoming ill incredibly easily, I've had so many sick days from college because I keep getting sick.

I don't know why I have a low immune system because

    I don't smoke
I go to the gym and keep myself fit and healthy
    I don't drink that much

but I find when I go outside if it's bad weather you can guarantee I will get the flu or some sort of disease.

Is there any causes for my low immune system or am I just really unlucky?

I have the same problem, I have a cold all year around, and I get especially sick whenever I have exams...
I've been to the doctors and had blood tests etc but they haven't found anuything.
I'd recommend you to do the same though if you haven't already, if nothing else they can give you something to relieve the symptoms.

    Stress?

Also, how often do you wash your hands? Maybe try doing that more?! not to be rude, but that's how a lot of people get ill. Also, think about how much you drink, being hydrated keeps your nose most so the cilia move the bacteria out more easily (apparently!).

Visiting the GP might be a good idea though.

Do you sleep enough/have you had a sudden change in your sleeping habits?

I get very little sleep (not for lack of trying) and I constantly look and feel ill because I'm just so tired and weak. As soon as I shake off one cold, I get another. They also seem to take longer to run their course as well. I heard something about tiredness weakening your immune system, but I'm not sure how true that is.

Just something to consider. I suggest you go see your GP and find out for sure.
