Sports-Related University Applicants
I just wanted to know if anyone has received any offers for any sports-related course at their university choice(s).
I'm applying for a Sports Science/Exercise Science, but my UCAS still hasn't been sent off and I've chosen a range of universities...
Aberystwyth University
Brunel University
University of Derby
University of Northampton
St Mary's University College, Twickenham -

I'm applying for sports science/sport and exercise science.
I've received back 4 out of my 5 choices.
I have 3 conditional offers from Exeter, Bangor and Chester and have been rejected by Brunel
.....just waiting on Birmingham
Good luck with your offers!!!!!!! -
Re: Sports-Related University ApplicantsOh, that's pretty good to hear! How come you were rejected by Brunel? Did you ask them why?(Original post by gp89)

Re: Sports-Related University ApplicantsI don't know why, they didn't give a reason. Apparently it's quite hard to get in there. I'm not too bothered though, as I don't really want to live in London.(Original post by NishaaaR)

Re: Sports-Related University ApplicantsIt's not difficult to get into Brunel, it's probably because there are a higher number of applicants for the course? I'm a bit worried now, I want Brunel to be my firm, but now I don't think I'll get an offer. Good luck with the rest though!(Original post by gp89)

Re: Sports-Related University ApplicantsOoooooh, nice, nice!(Original post by Lexi123)
I've got conditional offers from:
UWIC
Gloucestershire
Brighton

but still waiting for:
Bath
Birmingham

I wish they would hurry up otherwise I will miss out on accommodation choices
I finally got an offer, after 2 days within my application being sent off from Derby. Pleased with it, as I thought I might get 5 straight rejections.
And, accommodation choices? When does that commence and how do you apply? I hadn't even thought about that. :/
