    Undergraduate Social Work Entry Help!!
    I'm stuck!

Long story short, I didn't get the grades I needed to get onto the Social Work undergraduate course. So am now looking into ways around this and eventually getting onto the course as it's the only thing I want to do!!

I am currently looking at NVQs in Health and Social Care but am unsure whether this will get me onto the course I need, as I can't find it on the UCAS entry requirement page? Does anyone know?! Or will I have to look at a Foundation or Access course?

    Thanks in advance!

I work for the council, who put me through an NVQ (Level 4) which combined with my experience, was enough to meet the entry requirements. I think NVQ level 3 which you can undertake in college is enough but like I said, experience is essential. Your other options could be an Access course, like you said, or A levels but just make sure they are relevant (Sociology, psychology etc..) X

Level 3 NVQs are the equivalent of A-Level (also level 3), so yes, you can get into uni with them
