I am seeking a business partner for an innovative web platform idea I have. My background is in investment banking and portfolio management and I am bootstrapping the financing of my idea with my current day job however I am looking ahead and with the right execution believe this business will provide a substantial income and return on investment. I require a partner with skills in coding and software development to help me build out the platform. Now I am not just after a free lunch and looking for someone to develop the software without payment - I am willing to pay you for your time and also provide a substantial equity stake. I will require assistance communicating with freelancers and ensuring that work outsourced is completed as per requirement.

The Idea will be fully disclosed (on signing of an NDA) and business plan sent out to you.
