Does hair even out when it grows?
I went to the barber a few days ago and my fringe was cut uneven and the middle part of the top of my hair is longer than the side parts.
I was wondering, will it grow out (even out) but it's self or will I require another trim?

Also, are there any tips to make hair grow faster?

Hair doesn't even out as it grows; if anything, it becomes less even. It sounds like your barber didn't do too good a job so I'd get someone to even it out for you.

The best was to make hair grow quickly is to eat a healthy, balanced diet with lots of vegetables. Healthy body=healthy (and faster growing) hair.

But if I get it cut to even it out, it will be even shorter and I do not want that

As the length of hair \rightarrow \infty any current differences in hair length will be negligible.
