chem1, bio2, bio4, chem4 lol so i hav 6 exams in june yay

PHIL1 Resit: 97/100 UMS - A So glad, up 34 UMS from last time!
BIOL4: 75/100 UMS - B Possibly going to resit, not sure.

Overall, very happy!

Got a B in my edexcel history resit. Only confusing thing is that it says my mark is "76" despite the paper being out of 60? I don't get how that works

It probably means UMS so you got 76/100 UMS with usually 80 UMS being an A.

OCR Chemistry B unit 4 - 84/90 UMS - A - I thought my teacher was going to kiss me XD
OCR Physics A unit 4 - 66/90 UMS - B - pretty chuffed with that since I found it hard and the boundaries were kind of high.
Edexcel maths C3 - 70/100 UMS - B - a bit annoyed, thought I'd done better but still, better than my last attempt. Should just about be able to get the A in maths!
maths M1 - 73/100 UMS - B - amazed, thought I'd completely failed that paper!
maths FP1 - 37/100 UMS - U - oops.
maths M2 - 5/100 UMS - U - I couldn't do it, and I don't need further maths for uni so I concentrated on my C3, physics and chemistry. At least my result cheered a few of my friends up and made them laugh XD

By the way did anybody do AQA skills for geography, i was the onyl person to get a decent grade in my year, i'd like to know what others got because the marking seemed very harsh, i know people who'd worked their asses off making and learning model answers and got U's :confused:

Thats Impossible and against the law. If the exam boards find out, they can close down your centre and with hold your results so beware!

They must be released after 6am tomorrow.

It was a hell of a shock for me yesterday to get it. Even the school ddnt noe; we knew an hour before that the results was coming;

What do you mean exactly by the "final exam"? Certainly for normal maths you need 90% in both C3 and C4, and then must average 80% otherwise. I'm with AQA btw if that makes a difference.

Yeahh that might be worth trying for a re-mark, but it may only creep up into an A so you might just want to make it up on the next module.... Remember it can go down (a friend of mine got her sociology re-marked and it went from a B to a C-admittedly it was close to the boundary).

So you may as well try - but in the long run probably wont make a huge difference :smile:

What did people get in F334? I was so annoyed, I revised solid and came out with a C (57/90) when I already got an A in my mock :mad:

I only know a few people that got an A in that paper, it was a real shocker :sigh:

I did get full marks on a F332 resit though!! :biggrin:

Yeah that's right (though while it doesn't have to include both FP2 and FP3 - it does in my case). I got 100 in D2 last June which puts me at an average of 90.333... (I know I'm a bit jammy haha). Thanks :smile:
