Too tired to do other work out =(
Has anyone felt this way before? You want to do some other exercise routine but you're too tried to do so =/
    _____

This week I ran for 20-30+ minutes non-stop in parks and all over the town plus another 20+ minutes in some other small areas as well, and once I reached home, I got so tired that I can't even do any other exercise routine =(

I know I can just stop the running routine or reduce the distance but I really enjoy it and (hopefully) it burns off the fat much faster then the other exercise routine I'm doing e.g. press-ups, crunches, etc. Meh, I don't know. Toooo tired lol =/

*The other reason I'm doing this thread is that I just want to vent out lol.

Just keep running for now, you'll get used to it and it'll get easier.

yeah I had the same problem but at the time I was a begginer. What I did was do my strenght training exercises first then jog after. It works out better this way because If I lift first then I'll still have all my energy which means my form will be a lot better and Im usually knackered after running and I hate it when I spend too much time on my own sweat, so after running I stretch and then hit the showers. Maybe that's something you can try.
