    Anti-Virus
My current protection is soon to run out and I'm not sure what to get.
Currently I have McAfee installed across our 3 computers, which my Dad was just going to renew for £30, but I said to wait while I have a look around first.
We've also got Avast and Malwarebytes installed on the computers.

So any reccomendations? Should we renew McAfee, get something else, or are Malwarebytes and Avast sufficient?

Use Microsoft Security Essentials. Avast and AVG are also good choices, but never use something like Norton or McAffee because it's 99% bloat, 1% protection that are more likely to find something that isn't a virus than something that is.

Go with Microsoft Security Essentials - I went from McAfee to it, and have noticed no discernible difference.

It just does its thing in the background, and is easy to use.

Well, personally I've always had AVG, its never failed me once and is quite useful. I tried Norton once, that didn't seem to work as well, Malwarebytes and Avast I generally use as supplemental programs, a back up for my AVG. I guess McAfee is OK, I'd recommend you stick with an actual Anti-Virus program though. Especially if you download.

AVG does the job fine plus it's free.

Kaspersky - used it for years, never had an issue... Plus, as a student you can get a nice discount on licenses from various websites that sell software for students.
