To be blunt; no, they're not good grades.

But, don;t worry they are above average and you are specialising in English which is where you have your As and A*s so you A-Levels should be good.

Are you happy with them

Did you work hard to get them

If the answer to the above questions is "yes" then ... yes they are good grades

Note You cannot count both of your Maths grades ... so do you have an 8th?

I know their not Oxbridge material! I am aiming to study English at either Exeter, Sussex or UEA - UEA is the one I really like the looks off! Have I got a chance - providing I get good A levels?

I think they are good grades. Not Oxbridge but generally very good. I think you will do well in your A levels.

I would say they are good. Definitely enough to get you into a decent University although good is very subjective and depends on who you'll be competing with to get onto whatever course at whichever University.

They're decent, but not very competitive.

those grades are great for the courses hes doing :s-smilie: just because someone doesn't achieve all A*'s and A's doesnt mean their grades are not good.

Oh my gosh I'd hate to ask people if my grades are good on tsr, the majority of people on here are so pretentious about it e.g. you only have good grades if you got 6 or more A*s at gcse and 5 A*s at A level kinda thing. Your grades are really good you should be proud of them.

if you want to know if you'll get into a uni, go onto their website and find out what they want from the course you'll be applying to...

So in fact, you have 6 plus Btec IT (probably 2) and if you can be bothered to finish it Btec Science (probably 2)

So you would have the equivalent of 10

If you are capable of As and Bs then you should be getting Merits or Distinctions in the Btecs
