    GCSE Science ISA exam q?
I've done 3 ISA exams so far in bio, chem & phys.

The ISA exam counts for 25% of the overall grade. My teachers say the best mark goes through so does that mean if I got an A* in physics, A in chem & B in bio then only my physics would go through?

    Thanks.

I'm doing dual award additional science.

Are you doing triple or double science?

If you are doing triple science (im not sure if this also applies to double) then it will be the best isa from each subject put forward. So later in the year (or next year if you are year 10) you will maybe do more isas and so if say you improved in biology and got an A*, then they would ignore the A and put the A* forwards.

let me know if i didnt make any sense just there :P

Assuming that you are just doing a single Science GCSE, then yes.

For double award, your best mark does go through, so well done! 25% of your grade is worth an A*

I am currently in a bit of dilemma. I did 3 ISA's last year for GCSE and I am looking to get a double award.

I only did relatively well in the Physics ISA attaining a B grade out of the 3 ISA's. So does that mean that 25% of my grade is a B?

Also what exams do I have to do overall in GCSE sciences to get a double award?

    Any help Much appreciated.
