What done before studying medicine at university?

Hello, what course should I do in college to go for medice at university later? However I'm international student so what english course should I do to improve my english?

Is it possible for you to do A levels or the International Baccalaureate? If so, I would recommend those.
I'm not sure about the English, however I do know that some Universities have courses which can improve your English skills, for example, Newcastle University have a programme called INTO Newcastle University - 'Improve your English language skills with an INTO General English at Newcastle University.
