    Econ/stats/maths without right A-levels
    Hello,

I'm considering applying next year for one of the following courses:

    Statics with Finance
    Business Mathematics with Finance
    Mathematics and Economics

However, I took biology, chemistry & maths at A-level (A*AA) and physics at AS. Since I have not taken any essay writing subject, would I stand a chance for any of these? Or any other econ/maths related course at LSE? For GCSEs I had 8A*2A.

    Thanks guys

You definitely stand a chance. They are all very maths-based, if anything, you'll be penalised for not taking Further Maths. Don't let that put you off applying though.
