Hey there everyone, hoping there is someone who will be able to help!

I wasn't planning on mooting but as one of my friends is very sick I said I would take her place so her partner did not have to pull out and it is tomorrow! I have a lot of work to do in the next 24 hours =/

I have not done contract law yet and only have done basic posting rules in relation to this.

What I want to know is if A, leaves a message of an offer on B's voicemail, but B's answer-machine is faulty and he only hears the first part of the offer, is he estopped from saying he did not know the full terms of the contract as it is because of his own action of not ensuring his answer machine was working that he did not hear the second part of the message?

I am not sure if estoppel can work in regards to receiving an offer, as it does in relation to not receiving an offer of acceptance as in Entores v Miles Far Eastern or not.
