Hi, where would you say the best undergraduate student accommodation is at Sheffield?
    Thanks!

Got a question to throw in here: When I try to apply to accommodation it tells me I don't have an Offer Status. I only firmed my offer yesterday though, so do I just have to wait a day or two for that to get processed before applying? Or is there something wrong, or maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Yes. Although it may take longer than a day or two.

Are you wanting accomadation for the university of sheffield or sheffield hallam? I'm a first year at the university of sheffield. Also, are you going to be a first year? If so i'd recommend staying in university accomodation as it's a brilliant way to meet new people. There are 3 main locations to choose from: Endcliffe (this is the largest and is about a 20minute walk from the university), Ranmoor (smaller and a bit quieter than endcliffe although some parts of it are more modern. It's about a 25minute walk to the uni) and City (about 10minutes from the university and is usually favoured by international students). The distances aren't all that important though as you can easily get a bus to uni for only 50p ! I live in Ranmoor and love it!! Hope this helps!!
