I got liquid chalk from myprotein, will test it tomorrow. My gym doesn't allow chalk, but i used to have it with me anyways and sneak some on. Now there should be no problem.
My revision period/holidays have started, yay! So pretty much just lifting and studying for the next few months. I'm starting a new program based on doing the hatch squat cycle (12w). So two days of squatting (back and front on the same days, also first time trying low bar), two days focused on oly, as told by my coach. Otherwise I was thinking of having one day of heavy dl, one day of endurance/conditioning focus and one rest day. If i feel too tired, then i might make the dl day a rest day. Rounding things up with some accessory lifts and running/sprinting.
Testing my 1rm tomorrow (doubt they've changed much), and starting on Tuesday.
