Out of Timing Error

Out of Timing ErrorEDIT: It fixed itself somehow lol.. So nevermind 8-) any comments are welcome though. my original post it below..
My sister's computer (or monitor) comes up with "out of timing" when she turns it on. She said she turned it off as normal and it's been happening since. Anyone know why this is and how to fix it? If you need any more info on the monitor, error or computer I may be able to find out.
