Thats right, im talking about man breasts a.k.a "moobs" a.k.a "haha you got t*ts".
Assuming it is not an hormonal issue such as Gynecomastia, are there exercises to help remove them or if not, then help stop them getting more prominent (e.g. I heard weight lifting is a bad idea)

If cardio is good for weightloss then are there any upper body cardio exercises? The main ones I can think of such as running despite them being thought of as good for the whole body are mainly for the leg regions.

I've been running for some time now ( few months) and I haven't noticed much change myself

The reason you have them is excess fat.

Simply need to lower bodyfat percentage.
To do this you have to eat a calorie deficit, ie eat less calories than you are burning off daily. To do this you can either burn more calories in the day, by exercising more, weight training won't increase 'man boobs' if you are losing fat and is a good fat burner.
    Cardio will help alongside this.

You ought to lose them quickly if you eat low calorie and exercise. Simple.

There's no such thing as "spot losing" fat - you need to lose weight overall.

Can't spot lose. Eat less, stop as soon as you're not hungry, walk everywhere, don't EVER snack, and do cardio (lessen intensity so you can be at it for a good hour) then do high rep, low weight chest exercises to tone the pecs.

I think it's rare that you can exercise moobs away. Chest exercises will only emphasise the problem.

Surgery such a liposuction will get the job done if it's just fat deposit. If it's breast tissue, then you have to get that cut out and maybe some lipo too. You can sometimes get it done on the NHS, but you can also get it done privately for around £3,000. It sounds a lot, but it's definitely worth getting rid of them. I had surgery several years back and it's the best money I've ever spent.

    don't EVER snack
but if you do feel peckish, snack on something healthy like a handful of nuts or an apple or something. It also helps to have a healthy breakfast to prevent snacking during the day. And apparently it is better to have several small meals throughout the day rather than one big breakfast, one big lunch and one big dinner (if I'm honest I tend to stick to the three meals thing though :o:)

Do HIIT a few times a week, crank the ground cinnamon, ginger and cayenne pepper afterwards to increase fat burning in the body.

Forget the moobs, care more about your general well being.
