How to lose weight/tone from bum/thighs
I know you can't just choose where you lose weight from, but I would seriously like to tone my thighs and bum

I do go on a running machine for 20 mins 3 times a week. I'm not really really into exercise, so is there any kinda basic exercises I could try which focus on these parts of my body?
OR should I just try and increase my general running throughout the week?

you mean eating 500 calories a day? Are ya kidding me??
What is a deadlift? Sounds... fatal.
You'll have to google deadlift as well, any video on youtube is going to be a hell of a lot more useful than what I type here.
