    Reapplying
    Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help.

    I have reapplied for a different uni having been at my current uni for less than a year (I'm leaving after Easter). Anyway I've been sent a PN1 form (new student) form and on it, it says any past applications/past times at uni. What do I put? It also says you need to put evident that I didn't get any qualifications form there (as I'd leave before the end of the whole year)?
