    My blog about asthma...
Ok, so you've probably noticed that I've posted loads of threads recently about asthma (some were anon). I was thinking about what to ask on my next visit to the doctors since I can't find the answers on the internet and then I thought that maybe I'm not the only one who has thes questions (though it is always possible with me!) and maybe I should put them on the internet.
I've decided to write a blog about my journey to diagnosis and treatment. It's a work-in-progress atm but I've got the basics up so far. Just need to add a bit about my symptom diary and pf reading for today.
I don't know if it's of any help to anyone, but I plan to keep it up to date so anyone who reads it can follow the journey with me. Tbh, it's actually a massive help to me writing it, since I have no one to talk to about it!

Anyways, I'd really appreaciate some feedback, ideas of what to write etc if anyone could help. The address is www.asthmafromthebeginning.blogspot.com

    thanks

Take your peak flow meter reading before using the blue inhaler and 30min after using the blue inhaler for the next week morning and night.

Then book an appointment to see your GP with the recordings.
