Is latecoming a big factor when it comes to applications?
would you consider being late 12 time since august a lot? and will it affect my chances of getting an offer for university?

Also I am going to apply for uni this year but I'm not 100% sure i will go even if i get an offer because I might work for a while first. So will rejecting an offer from university affect my chances of getting an offer when i reapply 2/3 years later at the same university?

Unis will only know about your lateness if it is mentioned in your reference, and it probably won't be. However, getting there on time is a good habit to get into and you'll also be missing important stuff by being late.

And no, rejecting an offer has no effect on future offers.
