    Tort law: damages
    Quick question, can anyone help me with tort law damages.... in personal injury claims can both pecuniary and non pecuniary damages be awarded??

    Yes. For example pain suffering and loss of amenity (non-pecuniary) can be claimed as well as medical costs (pecuniary).
