Should I do Computing MSC @ Cardiff Uni - Advice Please!-
I'm an arts graduate who's been offered a place on this course

I'm excited about the idea of joining such a fantastic looking University, but I'm struggling to get myself motivated to actually do the computer course, I know career wise it would be fantastic for me (hence why I applied) but I'm not someone who actually finds science or computers particularly interesting, my parents seem to think I should just try the course out and see how I feel, has anyone done this course or anything similar, and found it easy enough to adapt to from a non-science/IT background?

    Thanks in advance.

The first thing that springs to mind is - If you don't find it interesting, why would you want to spend five grand on a course with the aim of getting a job doing it day in day out for years on end?

Really, ask yourself what do you want to get out of the course? If its a case of "I have no idea about X, but it sounds interesting!" then you'll be ok with a bit of graft, as long as you're reasonable at logic, problem solving-y stuff.
If you've just been searching for pay scales at IT Company X and thinking "ooh, I fancy a bit of that", then yeah, pretty much certain dropout unless you find something catches your interest once you get there.

(FWIW, it looks like they do an option of adding a placement to it - make sure if you go for the course you get a placement, they're massively important in terms of getting a job afterwards)
