Disk utilty erase, backing up downloaded software
Basically I've been backing my stuff up as I want to reformat my mac and get it back to fresh from factory state. There's one piece of software which I'm worried about losing which is some economics software for creating graphs which I got when I was a student (at a student price), I had to pay for it, but didn't get a disc it was a download.
Will I be able to just copy this onto a CD and then reinstall it after the disk utility erase and reinstalling the OS or will it be likely to not work afterwards...? -
