Travel Insurance for non UK residents
Planning to do some travelling in the midst of my full-time studies. (post-grad, if it helps) But I am unable to find any cheap travel insurance -annual policy, for travel within Europe. Any advice/ recommendation?
I've read in some previous posts that travel insurance not necessary.. really? why?Last edited by hubble; 14-04-2012 at 11:54. -

Re: Travel Insurance for non UK residentsA bunch of banks give you free European travel insurance if you sign up with them. I know NatWest has a "Select Silver Account" if you pay somewhere between £5-10 a month you have a student bank account with them and you get some deals like free film rentals and the aforementioned travel insurance. Also, to my knowledge, several "student discount cards" give you coverage, e.g. http://www.internationalstudent.com/...udent-id-card/(Original post by hubble)

Here's some more info on this website (which I haven't looked at, but it looks to be up your street): http://www.statravel.com/travel-insurance.htm
