Breakfast: Coco shreddies with skimmed milk
Lunch: Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, beetroot) with tuna mayo (low fat)

The summer diet seems to have gone to plan for once!
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Cheese and Onion Savoury from the bakery and some blue Doritos
Dinner: Sausage w/ chips from the chippy
Snack: A huge packet of orange Doritos (yeah you can tell that Doritos are currently half price in my local shop) and a litre of Lucozade

Erm, yeah, its great and sooo healthy I know, haha
Breakfast: Spelt cereal with a chopped banana (semi-skimmed milk) and a cup of tea (ss milk)
Lunch: A ham, cheese and salad baguette (on white bread) and a cup of tea (whole milk)
Dinner: Will be a pastrami and salad sandwich I got as part of a meal deal

Snacks: a clementine, half a small slice chocolate cake, decaf tea (x multiple with ss milk)

My eating has got a bit out of hand recently (I ate an entire soreen loaf on tuesday...), and whilst I'm okay with my size, I've noticed a pouch under my chin which just has to go. So I'm not dieting, just trying to be a little bit more sensible.

Lol. I can understand. I'm boiling my chicken these days to avoid extra calorie that I don't need

So much :rofl2:

2 boiled eggs and a weetabix for breakfast
2 slices of bread with peanut butter spread and a banana
a strawberry smoothie
egg fried [wholemeal] rice (which I put a bit too much pepper in!) with chicken and spinach

For some reason I think I've ate something else but can't quite remember...

I'm not fussed about calories to that extent but I'm doing high protein reduced carb to keep up with the weight lifting. And I love carbs!

I swear my local bakery is going to think I died or something, used to get fresh bread from there several times a week.

Not bulking, I'm bulky enough. The calorific intake in proportion to my height weight and excercise will result in a decent weight loss and increased strength to the point I can go without becoming ripped.
