    losing fat and gaining muscles
Im 5ft 11. I have fat on my belly and would like to get rid of it in order for me to get in shape. Currently im doing these exercises to get rid of the fat on my belly and across my body:

I would like to know if doing this once everyday is sufficient enough for me to get into shape. I do sweat a lot when im doing this workout though. Ive completely stopped eating junk food whilst maintaining a healthy diet. I tend not to eat a lot when having lunch. But I eat normally when having breakfast and dinner. Also, is that exercise cardio?

Should do the trick, just keep your insulin levels low by avoiding high sugar foods.

And that is a kind of high intensity cardio, which is the most efficient.

Just doing this will not do much for your muscle mass though.

You will need to reduce your calories and pay attention to your macros.

Oh ok. But do you think 20 minutes a day is sufficient?
