A2 ICT Coursework uniform marks

The coursework for A2 is out of 80 raw marks. Does anyone have an idea how many raw marks are worth one uniform mark?

Raw Marks | UMS Marks ( this is from the top of my head so may not be entirely correct).

63 - 72
58 - 64
50 - 56
42 - 48
36 - 40
30 - 32

Obviously as you go down in raw marks; raw marks are rising in value in terms of ums marks. When you get to around 20 marks its just 1 raw mark = 1 ums.

Erm.. the coursework is out of 70 raw marks and 80 UMS!
It's pretty simple to work out actually.. (considering it[ums] doesn't change much over the years)
Say if you got 60 out of 70 raw marks
to convert it to UMS- all you got to do is: 60 divide by 70, then multiply by 80 ! {60/70 * 80 }
so the actual mark you get, divide by the total mark for the coursework, multiply by 80 (UMS is out of 80 -that's why! )
Simple maths! :wink: Hope it helps.

You don't just convert it. As they may choose the UMS's percentages to be a lot higher or lot lower than the percentage for the raw mark
