Social Work through UCAS Extra for Brighton UniversityI am a bit confused about how universities give their offers. I had an interview at Brighton 8 weeks ago for BSc Social Work and they tell me that they are still working on the applications while being careful that they don't end up with too many offers being accepted. Basically, I am on a waitlist and they have not made a decision to decline my application. But my friend just called them if she can apply through UCAS Extra and they said they have vacancies!! So why am I on a waitlist and yet they are accepting more applications and they don't want to overfill the course? Confused.com...!
