    I would not do the above, they ask for certificates (big 4) and it'll be pretty obvious anyway from the dates. Personally I'd be open and honest and hope that your FAR superior resit grades will speak for themselves.

    Send an email explaining, they'd be stupid to not allow you through the initial application on grades with 400 ucas vs a 300 ucas requirement.

    I know nothing about the banks, so don't know what the best approach is for them.
