Tell me everything you know about Oxford Brooks? I might do Architecture there
Basically i need to choose witch uni I want to accept and what my insurance place should be. I don't no much at all about Oxford Brooks, my mums friend says its great and one of the best for architecture. But i spoke to someone briefly who did there first 2 years there and was not inprest.
What stuff do they have in the workshop? (laser cutter, cnc machine and stuff?)
Do you have to pay to use some machinery?
What are the architecture studios like to work in?
Just want to know anything or everything you know about the uni

    cheers

It's in Oxford, and it's spelt Brookes :p:

Just kidding, but I do know it's well recognised for architecture.

As I am not an architect, or even at Brookes, I cannot comment on the facilities, but I can be of some use and move this thread to the Brookes subforum.

It might also be worthwhile to search the architecture subforum and search for relevant threads there (but be careful when replying to threads as threads older than six months shouldn't be "bumped"). If you have any questions specific to architecture, or would like updated opinions, then feel free to make a thread in the architecture forum.
