    Is tofu skin good for you?
    I read that tofu is a good source for protein; but how about fried tofu skin?

    wiki says 50–55% protein, 24–26% lipids (fat), 12% carbohydrate, 3% ash, and 9% moisture but the source page no longer exists and this isn't for fried so you'd need to add on the nutrition of however much oil it takes in- or get some and read the packet.

    Tofu is about 10% carb, 40% protien, 50% fat so it compared favorably if the frying doesn't make is **** full of fat

    Tofu is 40% protein? Wow. I thought it's full of Carbs =/

    Yeah, somebody deep fried it in Canola oil. That can't be good

    100g of tofu is 8g protein, 2g carbs

    I'd go with you probably shouldn't really eat anything fried, at least not things you haven't shallow fried in some nice oil yourself
