Is tofu skin good for you?
I read that tofu is a good source for protein; but how about fried tofu skin?
Here's a pic: Fried Tofu Skin -
Re: Is tofu skin good for you?
wiki says 50–55% protein, 24–26% lipids (fat), 12% carbohydrate, 3% ash, and 9% moisture but the source page no longer exists and this isn't for fried so you'd need to add on the nutrition of however much oil it takes in- or get some and read the packet.
Tofu is about 10% carb, 40% protien, 50% fat so it compared favorably if the frying doesn't make is **** full of fat -

I'd go with you probably shouldn't really eat anything fried, at least not things you haven't shallow fried in some nice oil yourself
