    resting pulse
If is plot my pulse rate before exercise then during exercise and after exercise. I want to find my resting pulse rate do I just work out the mean of all my 'before exercise' plots?

    Thanks.

No. Your resting pulse is the pulse rate AT REST ie without/before exercise. This will be around 70 beats per min.

    Thats what he said...
mean of all my 'before exercise' plots
