    Higher Economics help!
    Hi,

I'm currently in my 3rd year right now, and doing the Higher Politics course. Hopefully an A will come my way on June 6th

I have been considering what to do in 4th year, and Economics popped into my mind. General opinions on whether it is a good course to be taken would be appreciated.

Also, does Higher Economics involve much (if any) Maths?

    What is the course like?

Economics is quite good IMO; it's interesting if you're in to it. You'll gain an understanding of lots of things you probably never thought about before, and they try to keep it up to date with the latest events so its topical as well.

There's pretty much no maths apart from maybe taking a percentage or dividing one number by another occasionally.

Thanks, I will now give Economics my serious consideration, along with Classical Studies.
