Re: Standard Grade Admin!I'm doing int 2 admin tomorrow. I'm feeling pretty confident as most of the knowledge is common sense.
I was looking at a past paper yesterday and the question was 'what hardware is required to show a presentation?' the answer was very simple 'computer' and 'smartboard'.
The most difficult thing for me is knowing what conditions to use on IF statements I should be fine though.
Just remember to proof read and everything should be fine

Re: Standard Grade Admin!
I did standard grade admin and the KU is the hardest bit but even then it's mostly just common sense. The PS is mostly common sense as well. However you cannot give vague answers, you must seriously think about what you write as in my prelim I was marked down for giving too vague an answers. So as long as you are sensible and stick to exactly what the question is asking then you should be fine.

Re: Standard Grade Admin!
Found the exam okay. I thought I would take my time with the paper rather than rush through just because it was admin. I did my exam in a classroom and I could feel everyone else's eyes on me because they wanted out early!
Worst thing is, I looked over my paper twice, yet, when I took the question paper home and looked over it I realised I completely missed 7b and c out! Was really annoyed as well since I knew the answers to them. Don't know how I managed it. -
Umm....I think I wrote about how it would be beneficial to use an open plan office layout as it would provide the needed space in the smaller premises. I also suggested centralising the reprographics department so that equipment wasn't taking up space in the office.(Original post by lies4theliars)
How did you guys find the question on the downsizing office size but not employees
Am I aloud to mention that on here? Well it's done now :P
