Hi everyone

I've just been invited to an informal group interview for the manager in training programme for a&f and was wondering if anybody has been to one before and knows what I can expect?
Or if anybody is already on the programme and can tell me more about it?
It says I should come dressed in causal attire but not sure how casual to be either?
