Has anybody had any luck applying for accomodation at hertfordshire?

    Has anybody had any luck applying for accomodation at hertfordshire?
    I have constantly been checking Hertfordshire's accomdodation page which said applying for accomdation will be up towards the end of april and i called to ask and was told it will be up by the end of april.Now 1st may and im puzzled on whats going on
