Sorry, maybe my post was a bit blunt. I'm pretty sure you will end up with 2 GCSEs at the end of it.

I think the duel award science is the same as core and additional, triple is core, additional and further. Duel is when you get 2 GCSEs, triple is 3 GCSEs

So when you do triple science you only get one additional GCSE than doing duel award (if additional is included)? Thanks for the help btw

My understanding of it is this:

    There are 3 modules for each science: B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3, P1, P2, P3

Taking one of each subject (i.e. B1, C1 and P1) gets you the single award. 1 GCSE.

Taking two modules for each subject (B1, C1, P1, B2, C2 and P2) gets you the double award. 2 GCSEs.

Taking all three modules for all three sciences gets you 3 GCSEs.

    I think.

    Triple is completely different

Core is a GCSE in Science
Additional is a GCSE in Science

If you do triple you get a GCSE in Biology, one in Chemistry, and one in Physics

    Modules 1-3 get you one science ( c/b/p 1/2/3)
    Modules 4-6 get you another (c/b/p 4/5/6)
Module 7 of each gets you triple (c/bp 7)

7s are pretty beasty modules but if your in a position to them then you should because they are really interesting
