I'm nervous most of the time.
I often get really nervous about 6 weeks before exams start cropping up. However, I never worry about the exam it's self but I worry about non relevant matters such as my 11 year old sister starting secondary school, my driving lessons, speaking in front of people, if I'll ever have sex and the fact I'm going to die. These worries only appear before an exam. HELP! What techniques can I use to calm myself down?

Anon for reasons
Hi there!
You've probably finished your exams but I thought I would reply anyway!
Nerves are natural so don't be put down by them. You could try breathing exercises such as breathing through your nose and then exhaling through your mouth. Maybe try some herbal remedies such as Rescue Remedy.

I'm like that aaalll the time; been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder so I have anxiety attacks as well
I'm thinking of trying meditation, anything to reduce my stress levels...
