From last year to next year there is quite a significant rise on prices, some even more than £10. Why is this? It's the same buildings, with the same facilities and the same amount of staff, so a price rise is necessary why?

Student Finance isn't giving any extra money to cover this so pretty much every student will struggle. It's a shocking and a rip off. Seems these companies just get their kicks ripping off students. Anyone planning on living at any of these accommodation, don't bother, it isn't worth the money. Get a shared house instead.
