    Changing appetite after losing weight
After successfully losing some amount of weight and changing my eating habits, I noticed that my appetite has changed. I don't eat much anymore and the idea eating more nauseates me =/ Is this even normal? Before this I can eat a lot more but now I can't even finish a 2 piece chicken (rib & thigh) meal or a full bowl of noodle, which I can before. Even if I could, I would feel so bloated that I'd feel so uncomfortable after that.

This sounds entirely normal to me.
When you eat less food, your stomach shrinks, and it sounds like this has happened to you.

As long as you are able to eat enough throughout the course of the day it's nothing to worry about, and if not, you can gradually increase the size of your meals and your stomach will once again stretch to accommodate this.
