I am attending an army PD day tommorow morning and I have a few questions

-Shall I arrive to the recruitment office wearing sports clothing for the day ahead (i.e tracksuits, shorts) or arrive in smart clothing and change when I get there. I didn't think to ask at the office and I couldn't find a definite answer online. It might not be a big deal but I don't want to turn up looking like an uneducated chav with no manners while everyone else is dressed smartly.

-Also I have shin splints that may or may not act up tommorow. I hurt them 4 days ago when I overdid a run with crappy shoes on so i'm worried they will act up on the 1.5 Mile run if I miss the time will that go against me or if I explain to them about the shin splints will they understand.
