    Joining the Gym - again
Hi guys, just looking for some advice about joining a gym.

I was a member a couple of years ago. Basically I went along for my induction, got given a simple routine to do and that was about it.

I guess I just found it difficult to talk to the staff about what kind of exercises I should be doing. Whenever I asked something I got a fairly abrupt answer.
Also found it difficult to find out which classes were on.

Just wondered if anyone who regularly goes to the gym could advise me how to ask things or how to find out what classes are available easily. Because this is the only thing putting me off going back. But I need to go back, because I'm becoming incredibly lazy and a bit squidgy round the sides.

Why don't you find a form of exercise you actually enjoy rather than wasting more money?
