Hi,
What heat protection spray do you recommend to be the best?
Would like one that makes hair look really shiny and prevents damage to hair when using hair straighteners as some of them make hair very dry and full of split ends in the long run (I know full damage prevention is not possible but one that minimises the damage to hair as much as possible).

Please suggest ones that would be easily bought in stores like Boots, Superdrug etc. not hones that could only be found in specialist stores.

A picture of the exact product, details on how you've been using it, etc. and if your was already naturally quite shiny, they spray might not be having a huge impact on it so would like recommendations where the heat protection spray produced a noticeable increased in shiny-ness and if possible, taming frizz.

I used to use this and found it to be a good product. I actually loved the smell of it (not sure if its the same now?) and it seemed to work well for me.

My hair is soo damaged from dying and heat ect, and to kind of nurture it a bit and bring it back to life i have used a combination of that spray, which protects up to 220 degrees, and also the aussie 3 minute miracle sachets which only cost about £1 from boots or superdrug, these two combined have made my hair feel way healthier and if i wash it and style it with the spray, it looks and smells amazing! I'm pretty sure it's made a big difference using both of them, bits of my hair always used to break off when i was brushing ect but that never seems to happen now, i have alot less split ends too!

Tigi S Factor is pretty good, it's a bit expensive but it lasts for ages and has done a pretty good job of keeping my hair from being singed to death considering i straighten it so much!

I use the GHD heat protect spray. It works, makes my hair shiny and smells divine.

edit: Have to add this though, if you're heat styling your hair is going to suffer some form of damage whether you use spray or not. Spray just minimises it.

I use the tresemme one, I dont like the smell but it does give a nice shine, might switch after it runs out though
